You'll be responsible for

Assessing vehicles

Assess vehicles on-road and via desktop using Suncorp’s assessing frameworks
⚖️

Managing escalations

Manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions

Conducting quality checks

Conduct reinspection, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards

Key criteria

🔧

Trade qualification in motor assessment

Cert III in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics required.
