Delivering assessment outcomes
Deliver best practicable assessment outcomes in either repair cost or total loss, ensuring compliance with motor assessing processes and guidelines.🤝
Improving customer service
Contribute to improving the customer service of selected and non-selected repairers, providing prompt resolution of complaints.⏱️
Meeting productivity objectives
Meet or exceed productivity objectives and complete total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment wherever practicable.
