Delivering assessment outcomes
Deliver best practicable assessment outcomes in either repair cost or total loss, complying with motor assessing processes and guidelines.🤝
Improving customer service
Contributing to improving the customer service of selected and non-selected repairers, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints.⏱️
Meeting productivity objectives
Meeting or exceeding productivity objectives and completing total loss reports within 24 hours of assessment wherever practicable.
