Negotiating with repairers

Achieving the best repair method, cost, and quality outcomes

Assessing vehicles

Conducting assessments on-road and via desktop using Suncorp’s frameworks

Managing escalations and disputes

Ensuring timely and fair resolutions for all parties involved

Skills you'll need

Trade qualification

Cert III in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics or equivalent experience as a Motor Assessor
📝

Quote writing and estimating skills

Proven experience in writing quotes and assessing vehicle damage

Knowledge of repair methods

Understanding of insurance codes and compliance related to vehicle repairs
