You'll be responsible for

Assessing and settling motor claims using a Methods Based Assessing and Repair approach, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers

Conducting quality audits

Conducting regular quality repair audits to ensure compliance with industry standards

Managing repair issues

Actively working with customers to manage repair issues and facilitate a seamless total loss process

Skills you'll need

Trade qualification

Cert III in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics or equivalent experience as a Motor Assessor
📝

Quote writing and assessing skills

Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills for vehicle repairs

Knowledge of repair methods

Understanding of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance standards
