By guiding them through the complexities of design, budgeting, and decision-making, you play a crucial role in helping them turn their dreams into reality. The team thrives on collaboration and support, ensuring that every customer feels confident and informed as they take their next steps.

You'll be responsible for

Connecting with customers as they begin their building journey

Initiating conversations with customers to understand their needs and aspirations for their new home.

Guiding them through home designs, layouts and inclusions

Helping customers navigate their options and make informed decisions about their future home.

Managing the journey through to deposit and handover to pre-construction

Overseeing the initial stages of the building process to ensure a smooth transition for customers.
