You'll be responsible for

Thoroughly and efficiently respond to novated client phone and email enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

Maintaining client information

Update Fleet Management systems with detailed actions, comments, and communication as per company policy and procedure.

Supporting customer satisfaction

Work effectively with the team to ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to all KPIs.
