About the job

As a Novated Lease Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting organisational goals by delivering impressive sales outcomes for Novated Leases and related products. This job is all about proactively converting inbound enquiries into new leases, while managing your sales pipeline to achieve individual targets. With a strong culture of coaching and development, you will have the opportunity to elevate your sales skills and career to new heights within a supportive team environment.

You'll be responsible for

Achieving desired sales outcomes

This includes meeting sales targets, maximising vehicle sales through the company’s vehicle procurement program, delivering agreed sales conversions of upsell and cross-sell products, and completing regular reporting processes accurately.

Championing continuous improvement

Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and support the implementation of efficiencies with a focus on creating efficiencies, supporting business growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
