You'll be responsible for

Delivering therapeutic care
Providing high quality therapeutic care that promotes the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care.👥
Leading the team
Supervising, supporting, and developing the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team to ensure effective care delivery.🔗
Collaborating with specialists
Working closely with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator, and other ITC staff to assist young people in healing from trauma.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Tertiary qualification in social work, community services, or management.View

Experience in behavioral management programs
Proven skills in developing programs for children with challenging behaviors.View
