About the job

As an Onboarding Manager at REA Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation of the Realtair platform for new customers. This position is all about helping customers realize value quickly and adopt new ways of working, ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Customer Success. You'll be responsible for

Delivering onboarding strategy

Accelerating customer time-to-value and establishing the foundation for long-term customer success.

Partnering with customers

Defining success measures, implementation milestones, and desired business outcomes with customers.

Leading customer implementations

Guiding customers from handover through to successful onboarding and transition to Customer Success.

Key criteria

📅

3+ years in onboarding or implementation

Experience in customer-facing SaaS roles is essential.
