You'll be responsible for

Managing the onboarding process for new employees with a focus on compliance and seamless documentation, including verification and preparation of employment packages.

End-to-end ownership

Taking charge of the entire employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and successful experience while addressing employee queries throughout the process.

Continuous improvement

Constantly seeking and implementing enhancements to the onboarding experience, anticipating and addressing evolving needs.
