Collaborate closely with the Global Service Delivery (GSD) team to ensure service delivery aligns with contracted SLAs and quality standards, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.🔒
Overseeing performance controls
Oversee GSD performance operational controls and risk management in partnership with the First Line Risk team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.📦
Managing external suppliers
Manage operational interactions with external suppliers, including vendor risk assessment, invoice reconciliation, and ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.Key criteria
