Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures📊
Managing stock flow
Stocking flow including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reportingKey criteria
