The Operations Coordinator – Open Space is a vital position that supports the coordinated delivery of Landscape/Open Space operations at Griffith University. This job focuses on maintaining service continuity and achieving program outcomes across Northern campuses. Collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders is key to ensuring a well-presented and functional campus environment.

You'll be responsible for

Coordinating landscape activities

Coordinate BAU Landscape/Open Space activities across the Northern campuses, ensuring gardens, lawns, sports fields, and more are well maintained.

Supporting program delivery

Support agreed ESP and Hardscape program delivery across the University through contractor scheduling, site coordination, and progress reporting.
🔍

Monitoring work quality

Monitor work quality, campus presentation, defects, risks, and contractor performance, escalating issues where required.

Practical experience in landscape, horticulture, or open space management.
