You'll be responsible for

Leading and managing the VoIP Services team

Ensuring high performance across provisioning, support, administration and delivery activities.

Owning Emergency Call Service compliance

Maintaining assurance for obligations, operational testing, evidence capture and audit readiness.

Establishing operational performance cadence

Creating KPIs, dashboards, service reviews and continual improvement measures.
