About the job

This job is an exciting opportunity to strengthen aged care operations as an Operations Performance and Insights Analyst. By enabling data-driven decision making, you will play a critical role in transforming the experience of ageing for over 15,000 older Victorians. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a people-centred culture, ensuring that everyone works together to empower clients to age positively and safely.

You'll be responsible for

Establishing reporting frameworks

Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics that align with business and service priorities.

Developing reports

Develop insightful, accurate, and timely reports to support operational, financial, and workforce decision making.

Translating data into insights

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
