You'll be responsible for

Providing guidance and mentorship

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices.

Undertaking hands-on work

Undertake hands-on work including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.

Ensuring high standards

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes, while maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail.

Skills you'll need

Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens

Possessing a Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or relevant equivalent experience is essential.

Excellent communication skills

Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the team and client expectations.

Practical experience with tools

Having sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, and hand tools is crucial.
