About the job

The Global Partner Enablement Lead is a pivotal job dedicated to the success of the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program. This position is all about building and scaling the engine that powers our partner ecosystem, ensuring every partner has the knowledge, tools, and support they need to deliver real operational impact for our global customer base. Collaboration is key, as the team works closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to create a seamless experience for partners.

You'll be responsible for

Designing enablement strategy

Design and own the global enablement strategy for the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program, ensuring new partners and their team members are rapidly integrated into the ecosystem.

Developing enablement paths

Develop comprehensive product, GTM, and technical enablement paths that provide partners with a deep understanding of our tools, internal systems, and sales methodologies.

Leading coaching sessions

Lead high-impact coaching and training sessions for partner principals and technical leads, acting as the primary subject matter expert for partner success.
