Collaboration is key, as the team works closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to create a seamless experience for partners.

Design and own the global enablement strategy for the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program, ensuring new partners and their team members are rapidly integrated into the ecosystem.

Developing enablement paths

Develop comprehensive product, GTM, and technical enablement paths that provide partners with a deep understanding of our tools, internal systems, and sales methodologies.

Leading coaching sessions

Lead high-impact coaching and training sessions for partner principals and technical leads, acting as the primary subject matter expert for partner success.
