You'll be responsible for

Leading, developing, and inspiring a team of five partnership marketing specialists while driving structured transformation across the team’s operating model.

Designing AI workflows

Designing and implementing AI-powered workflows to automate low-value, high-volume inbound requests, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Developing partnership marketing strategy

Owning the end-to-end partnership marketing strategy for Lendi Group’s broker network, ensuring engagement and growth.
