Monitoring patient flow
Monitoring patient flow, triage outcomes, and appointment allocation to support compliance with NSW Health Oral Access Policy.🤝
Coordinating communication
Liaising daily with clinics, managers, and stakeholders to manage capacity, resolve operational issues, and escalate risks related to demand, staffing, and KPIs.What we're looking for
