Providing daily operational oversight of the Intake and Demand Unit to ensure efficient, patient-centred intake, triage, and waitlist management.📈
Monitoring patient flow
Monitoring patient flow, triage outcomes, and appointment allocation to support compliance with NSW Health Oral Access Policy.🤝
Liaising with stakeholders
