You'll be responsible for

Owning KYC and onboarding operations

Review verification cases, chase down missing information, and resolve errors that hold up merchant onboarding.

Monitoring payout operations

Investigate failed or delayed payouts and work negative balance cases through to resolution.

Building operational processes

Document and continuously improve operational processes as financial services products scale.
