The Payroll Officer will be a vital part of IMC’s Finance team in Sydney, collaborating closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure payroll runs smoothly across multiple APAC jurisdictions. This job offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a significant global payroll migration project, providing hands-on experience in system implementation and cross-regional coordination. Working in a lean, high-performing team, you will have the chance to make a real impact from day one.

You'll be responsible for

🗓️

Executing payroll

Managing end-to-end APAC payroll on a monthly cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.

Managing statutory compliance

Overseeing Australian statutory payroll obligations and supporting compliance across various jurisdictions.
🌐

Supporting global payroll migration

Playing an active role in the migration to Neeyamo, validating data, and ensuring a smooth transition.
