You'll be responsible for

Delivering HR support

Providing HR support across the employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and flexible work arrangements.

Advising on HR policies

Offering guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborating with teams

Working alongside People, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to contribute to projects and organisational change initiatives.

HRIS experience

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Cornerstone, to manage HR data efficiently.
