You'll be responsible for

Delivering HR support

Deliver HR support across the employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and flexible work arrangements.

Advising on HR policies

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborating with teams

Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and support HR operations.

Skills you'll need

Interpersonal skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with employees and managers.

HRIS experience

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Cornerstone, to manage HR processes efficiently.

Organisational skills

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality in HR matters.
