You'll be responsible for

Delivering HR support

Deliver HR support across the employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and flexible work arrangements.

Advising on HR policies

Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure smooth operations.

Collaborating with teams

Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and support HR operations.

Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Cornerstone, to manage HR processes efficiently.
