Select and utilise cost-effective sourcing channels to find the best talent and manage all recruitment activity.

Performance management & case work

Manage timely case management to address and resolve performance issues while coaching people leaders on setting KPIs.

Employer branding, EVP & engagement

Partner with the Director - P&C to evolve our Employee Value Proposition and maintain the Kogan.com Careers site.
