You'll be responsible for

Managing P&C functions
Responsible for all aspects of P&C including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and workforce planning.🤝
Supporting leadership
Acting as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership and Executive Teams, providing comprehensive support across the entire P&C function.🚀
Driving organisational change
