Focus on refining People & Culture processes to create a more positive and engaging employee experience.

Guiding and supporting the P&C team in delivering effective processes.

Provide leadership and support to the People & Culture team, ensuring processes are effective and efficient.

Collaborating across teams to optimize processes and projects.

Work with various teams to enhance processes and drive successful project outcomes.

Skills you'll need

👥

Experience in HR/People & Culture roles at Advisor level.

Demonstrated experience in HR or People & Culture roles, ideally at an advisory level, showcasing your ability to enhance employee experiences.
📊

Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.

Ability to analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities, driving process improvements and enhancing employee experiences.
💻

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).

Skilled in using Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
