You'll be responsible for

Organizing a calendar of staff engagement and wellbeing events, including forums, campaigns, and awards to foster a positive workplace culture.

Overseeing staff benefits program

Managing the Women’s staff benefits program and addressing staff queries to ensure a smooth experience for all employees.

Developing communication plans

Creating and implementing communication plans for key projects and wellbeing events to keep staff informed and engaged.
