Establishing and enforcing UTM and tracking discipline across all campaigns to ensure accurate data collection.

Reporting on outcomes

Reporting weekly and monthly on key outcomes such as cost per lead, lead quality, and occupancy impact.

Skills you'll need

📈

Digital marketing experience

5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in multi-site, property, education, or franchise sectors.
🛠️

Technical knowledge of GA4 and Tag Manager

Deep technical knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio/Looker/Tableau is essential.
🎯

Campaign accountability and optimisation

Proven success in linking marketing data to real commercial outcomes, with strengths in campaign accountability and optimisation.
