This job is about providing essential support within the Advisory team at BDO, helping to ensure that senior leaders can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. By managing calendars, providing financial administration support, and ensuring compliance, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the team. Collaboration and a proactive approach are key, as you will work closely with various teams to achieve shared goals.

You'll be responsible for

Managing calendars

Active management of the Partner’s calendar, scheduling appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring tasks are completed within required timeframes.
💰

Financial administration support

Providing financial administration support to enable efficient management of client work in progress, debtors, accounts for payment, and answering associated queries.

Compliance management

Managing the team’s compliance requirements in line with the Firm’s Risk Management Policies including client onboarding and conflict checks.
