You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support
Delivering effective administrative and secretarial services to the General Manager, including diary management and travel coordination.š
Arranging meetings
Coordinating meetings by collecting visitors, setting up supplies, and preparing presentations in meeting rooms.š
Preparing reports and presentations
Creating and distributing reports, presentations, and various document formats for the business unit.What we're looking for

3+ years of PA/EA experience
Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant capacity.View

Advanced Microsoft and IT skills
