You'll be responsible for

Making initial contact with clients
Reach out to women who have experienced domestic and family violence following receipt of a referral, ensuring they feel supported and understood.📝
Completing client intakes and assessments
Conduct initial and ongoing risk assessments and safety planning to help clients identify their goals and immediate needs.👥
Co-facilitating psychoeducational groups
Lead groups for women and/or children who are at risk of experiencing or have experienced family violence, providing a safe space for sharing and learning.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualifications
Possession of qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.View
🛡️
Experience in domestic violence practice
Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, case management, and crisis intervention.View
