You'll be responsible for

Leading the interdisciplinary youth team
Acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families, coordinating therapy packages.🎯
Utilising assessment and intervention skills
Supporting youth participants to achieve their educational, personal, social, and working life goals through tailored interventions.❤️
Building meaningful relationships
Empowering participants and their families to develop habits and routines, fostering trust and support.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View

Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively engage with youth and their families.View
👥
Minimum 12 months experience
Experience working with youth aged 9-25, particularly those with disabilities.View
