You'll be responsible for

Leading the interdisciplinary youth team
Acting as the main contact for participants and their families while planning therapy packages.📈
Utilising assessment and intervention skills
Supporting youth participants in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building meaningful relationships

Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View

Experience with youth aged 9-25
Minimum 12 months of experience supporting young people with disabilities.View
