You'll be responsible for

Leading the youth team
Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families.📊
Utilising assessment skills
Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.❤️
Building relationships
Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) to empower them in their journey.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant tertiary qualification
Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.View
🗣️
Strong communication skills
Ability to effectively engage with youth and their families.View

Minimum 12 months youth experience
Experience working with young people aged 9-25 with disabilities.View
