Leading the interdisciplinary youth team that plans a young person’s NDIS funded therapy package, acting as the main contact for adolescent and young adult participants and their families.

Utilising assessment skills

Utilising assessment and intervention skills to support youth participants in achieving their educational, personal, social, and working life goals.

Building relationships

Building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) to empower them in their journey.

Key criteria

🎓

Relevant tertiary qualification

Possession of a degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, or Nursing.

Strong communication skills

Ability to effectively engage with youth and their families.

Minimum 12 months youth experience

Experience working with young people aged 9-25 with disabilities.
