You'll be responsible for

Owning the AI infrastructure strategy

Own the strategy and roadmap for hipages' AI infrastructure layer, such as agent harness, context architecture, evaluation tooling, and institutional knowledge systems.
🛡️

Defining patterns and guardrails

Define the patterns and guardrails that other product teams plug into for AI work, holding the quality bar across memory, context, prompt structure and evaluation.
🏗️

Building machine-readable architecture

Build machine-readable, AI-ready front-end architecture and champion our Toolbox AI Native Design System and MCP server.

Key criteria

🧠

8+ years in product management

Proven experience in managing SaaS or B2C digital products.
