Supporting tender documentation
Preparing and coordinating tender documentation, expressions of interest, contract drafting, and supplier communications.📚
Maintaining procurement records
Keeping accurate procurement records, including pipelines, RFx documentation, submissions, evaluations, and contract databases.🤝
Building relationships
Establishing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross-functional teams.Key criteria

1–3 years of procurement experience
