You'll be responsible for

Collecting and validating data

Source customer outcome data (claims, complaints, feedback, metrics etc.), regulatory, customer advocacy and competitor environment themes.

Analyzing and interpreting data

Assess whether product outcomes demonstrate value and confirm that products are being sold to the intended customer segments.
📝

Writing reports and delivering insights

Prepare and deliver comprehensive customer outcomes reports to the responsible Product Manager.
