About the job

This job is all about supporting the delivery of accurate off-system investment calculations for internal teams, external clients, and regulatory bodies. By working closely with Operations and IT, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in Excel, SQL, and finance while becoming a subject matter expert in investment-related processes and systems. The team values collaboration and continuous improvement, creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll be responsible for

Completing off-system calculations

Completing off-system investment calculations to support member enquiries and complaint resolutions.

Collaborating with team members

Collaborating with team members to solve problems and share knowledge while supporting quality and improvement initiatives.

Ensuring compliance

Following Off-System Calculations policy and supporting oversight of calculators to ensure compliance with risk and quality requirements.

Skills you'll need

Excel

Strong numerical skills with confidence using Excel, with advanced skills being an advantage.

SQL

Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, or willingness to learn, to write and run queries for data extraction.
💰

Finance

Background or interest in Finance, Accounting, IT or Data, with a degree in a related field preferred.
