The job is about supporting the smooth day-to-day running of OFX’s operational platforms as a Product Operations Analyst. You'll be responsible for

Managing operational support requests

Manage and respond to operational and platform support requests through Jira Service Management.

Investigating platform issues

Investigate, trace and resolve platform and operational issues to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinating with teams

Work closely with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to coordinate issue resolution.

Experience in operations, support, or technology fields is essential.
