Providing project coordination
Provide project coordination and administrative support for HSDS initiatives and research projects, including tracking actions, maintaining records and supporting project teams.📬
Managing communication channels
Manage shared HSDS mailboxes and communication channels, including monitoring correspondence, triaging enquiries, responding where appropriate and escalating matters as required.⚙️
Supporting team operations
Support day-to-day team operations to ensure HSDS activities are delivered efficiently and in line with reporting and governance requirements.Key criteria
