Preparing financial reports

Preparing month-end financials and reporting for properties, ensuring timely delivery of reports to property managers, owners, and Trust accounting function as required, including accruals, prepayments, and analysing variances.

Reconciling accounts

Reconciling trust bank accounts and preparing balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving issues to ensure accurate financial data.

Assisting property managers

Assisting property managers in preparing outgoings reconciliations and annual budgets while working closely with AP and AR teams.

Key criteria

๐Ÿ“Š

2+ years in property accounting

Experience in property accounting within the Real Estate sector.

University degree and CA/CPA qualification

Degree qualified with 1-2 years of CA or CPA experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly skilled in Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting.
