You'll be responsible for

Overseeing lease administration processes

Manage the end-to-end Lease Administration Rent Roll process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable rent rolls.

Reporting lease events

Ensure accuracy and monthly reporting of all lease events, maintaining strong control over data integrity and critical dates.
💰

Managing rental reconciliations

Handle major rental reconciliations and arrears, including investigation, resolution, and communication with stakeholders.

Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, or Property Law.

Demonstrated experience in lease administration or related property roles.
