Contributing to quality assurance framework
Contributing and maintaining the quality assurance framework to ensure a consistent approach to quality standards supporting six operational teams within L&A.🔗
Assisting in quality standards evaluation
Assisting in interpreting, implementing, and evaluating the adequacy of quality assurance standards to ensure alignment with business objectives through consultation with relevant stakeholders.📄
Reviewing documentation
Reviewing and updating documentation including work instructions and procedures, in consultation with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are fit for purpose and in line with current branding guidelines.Key criteria
