You'll be responsible for

Leading quality systems
Lead and coach service streams to develop, implement and embed quality systems aligned with Uniting’s Quality Management Framework.📋
Monitoring compliance
Support accreditation, licensing, funding and program compliance requirements across multiple service types.🔍
Analysing improvement opportunities
Analyse incidents, complaints, audits and regulator feedback to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.What we're looking for
📚
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Possession of a relevant degree in Quality, Business, or Social Sciences.View
🕒
5+ years in quality management
Demonstrated experience in quality management or service improvement roles.View
🔍
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks
Proven understanding of accreditation and quality systems in health or community services.View
