You'll be responsible for

Leading quality systems
Lead and coach service streams to develop, implement and embed quality systems aligned with Uniting’s Quality Management Framework.📋
Supporting compliance
Support accreditation, licensing, funding and program compliance requirements across multiple service types.🔍
Monitoring quality assurance
Design, implement and monitor quality assurance programs that improve service delivery and outcomes.What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Possession of a relevant degree in Quality, Business, or Social Sciences.View

5+ years in quality management
Demonstrated experience in quality management or service improvement roles.View
📊
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks
Proven understanding of quality systems and accreditation in health/community services.View
