You'll be responsible for

Processing payments
Ensuring appropriate and timely payments for active claims, including medical invoices and compensation.🔍
Identifying information needs
Proactively identifying the need for additional information to process entitlements and obtaining necessary details.📚
Maintaining accurate records
Creating and capturing accurate records of business activities related to the position, in line with policies and procedures.What we're looking for
