Coordinating the hiring process

Manage the hiring process from the interview stage to onboarding, supporting the Talent Acquisition team across the organization.

Creating and tracking documentation

Responsible for generating and tracking offer letters, new hire agreements, and pre-employment paperwork.

Monitoring onboarding status

Accurately track new hires through hiring stages and ensure all parties are informed for a smooth transition.

Key criteria

Bachelor's degree

Completed degree in Business, HR, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in HR, recruiting, or administration.
