You'll be responsible for

Coaching and guiding Centre Leaders across 9 dental centres to foster high-quality relationships and performance.

Accountable for metrics including revenue, patient satisfaction, and EBIT to ensure operational excellence.

Promoting Pacific Smiles' positive culture and values within the teams and centres.
